OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in truck service and truck repair, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the vehicle maintenance process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred; experience in auto / truck service management is a plus.
  • Strong background in automotive / truck repair, including knowledge of transmissions, brake repair, alignment, suspension, oil change services, and diesel engine repair.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems and vehicle maintenance practices.
  • Experience in service writing and understanding of automotive / truck service processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Sales experience within the automotive / truck sector is advantageous.
