Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Alternate Saturday mornings at overtime, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid), i.e. 40 hours per week.
Salary: £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers on site, via phone and email.
  • Liaising with customers in regard to work being carried out on their vehicle.
  • Sales and upsell of labour hours.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely updates and job completion.
  • Planning and scheduling customers vehicles to coincide with their maintenance plan.
  • Understand workshop efficiencies and the importance of loading the workshop diary correctly.
