We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our clients leading supplier workshop in Melksham. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities. For this Service Advisor opportunity you must have experience preferably within an Automotive trade as a service advisor or Service controller, or in a commercial / HGV workshop, and must have used Kerridge.

SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

• The right individual must have previous motor trade experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor.
• Excellent customer service.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.

• This Service Advisor position entails dealing with the customer as they wish to book work into the workshop.
• Delivering high levels of customer service you will find their requirements and advise on cost, time scale and what exactly will happen.
• This Service Advisor role is within a busy Workshop that requires someone who can deal with the volumes while delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Dealing with invoices and preparing estimates.
• Maintaining control of parts in the service department.
• Deliveries.
• Warranty returns.
