QUALIFICATIONS

  • High attention to detail/organization/time management and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing methods.
  • Desire and excitement to work in a team-based environment and work collaboratively towards common goals.
  • Deep passion and interest in human centered customer experiences.
  • Comfort working with all levels of staff and customers.
  • Highly effective communicator (written and verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to work with customers, colleagues and numerous outside suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
  • Growth mindset - open to continuous coaching, feedback and support in development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dealership environment is preferred but not required.

    Pay: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Service Advisor: 2 years (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with customers and technicians to ensure that there is ongoing communication and effective operations within the service department.
  • Work under timelines without compromising quality of work.
  • Handle all customer service related questions and concerns with a genuine intent to advise and help solve their problem.
  • Build strong rapport with customers and create a customer base through effective contact methods that make sense for the customer, including inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Considerate of the customer experience, willing to consistently commit to following through with prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific time frames.
  • Work with KPI’s to determine areas of high and low performance and interest in continuous personal and professional growth.
