Description

OK Tire Timmins is currently seeking a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor at OK Tire Timmins, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by acting as the liaison between customers and the service team. You will manage service requests, provide accurate estimates, schedule repairs, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for each customer while maintaining high standards of service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a customer-focused environment.
  • Monitoring technical work performed on vehicle to ensure the effectiveness of the repairs.
  • Offer professional advice on vehicle maintenance, repair options, and pricing based on customer concerns.
  • Clearly communicate the nature of required services and repairs, keeping the customer informed of progress.
  • Create and manage work orders, ensuring accurate descriptions of services needed and parts required.
  • Provide accurate quotes and discuss repair options to meet the customer’s needs and budget.
  • Ensure that all service records are accurately documented, including parts used, labor time, and customer details.
  • Manages warranty administration.
  • Ensure accurate costing and crediting for all received and returned parts.
  • Any other related tasks and duties.

Education and Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to effectively communicate
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Effective administrative & management capabilities
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Bilingualism is an asset
  • Mechanic Licence is an asset
