We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor & Tire Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented role that blends inside sales & customer service. You’ll work closely with customers to provide solutions, prepare accurate quotes and invoices, and support the shop team in delivering a seamless experience. • Sales & Client Support – Handle vehicle service and tire/wheel inquiries, follow up on leads, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Customer Experience – Greet every customer, provide information on services, handle concerns with professionalism, and ensure a welcoming shop environment.
• Quoting & Invoicing – Prepare accurate estimates, process invoices, and ensure payments are completed.
• Shop Support – Track service progress, assist with scheduling, and provide operational support to the Shop Manager.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
