Okanagan Dodge is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team!
As one of British Columbia’s finest automobile dealerships, we are proud of our award winning models, and our commitment to quality and value-driven customer service. We are looking at bringing aboard a top candidate to join our high performing team.
The successful candidate would have excellent communication and customer service skills, will have a TEAM first attitude and have at least 1 year of previous experience in an automotive service department. This opportunity has a great earning potential !

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ years experience in a service advisor role is preferred
  • Customer focused with strong customer service skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • The ability work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi task
  • Organized, motivated and a self-starter
  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft office would be considered a asset
  • Enjoy working with a diverse group of individuals
  • PBS experience and knowledge would be considered an asset
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work Saturdays
  • Must have the legal right to work in Canada
  • Must have a valid and clean driver license

Responsibilities
  • Welcome all incoming guests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Sell & recommend maintenance and repairs to service customers
  • Create and write service orders
  • Ensure work orders are written with accuracy
  • Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts
  • Follow up on unsold work
  • Liaise with Technicians to ensure proper work flow
  • Develop and create lasting guest relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensure guests are contacted regarding any changes in the estimate or completion time
  • Explain to all guests the cost and requirements of their service in full detail
  • At time of check out explain the completed work and all the charges to the guest
  • Keep up with maintaining the organization of the department by keeping the service forms, menu and pricing guides up to date
