What you’ll be doing: As a Service Advisor at Hastings Deering, you will: Deliver quality service – Provide a high quality, cost effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints Maintain strong communication – Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency. You will also Follows up on any rework, write-off or goodwill requests. Ensure accurate records – manage documentation, labour hours, and invoicing in Microsoft AX to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Support scheduling and workflow – assist Superintendents and Diesel Fitters with labour allocation, service calls, and task management. Contribute to quoting and collaboration – help prepare accurate repair estimates and work closely with technicians and supervisors to deliver for customers. What you’ll need: A successful teammate will have experience in: Qualified and experienced – Qualifications in Business Administration is desirable and Experience working within a service orientated environment Technical knowledge - Advanced skills in word, excel, power point, share point and Microsoft Dynamics AX Industry knowledge – Knowledge of CAT / Hastings Deering products and services Safety focused – committed to maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety. Customer-oriented communicator – highly developed verbal and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
