Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Review and verify estimates from insurance companies and our shop’s estimating staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide regular status updates to customers, maintaining clear and positive communication at every stage. Submit estimates and necessary supplements to insurance companies for timely processing. Oversee accounts receivable for assigned vehicles, ensuring accurate billing and collections.
