Company: Peak Thermo King Location: Pasco, WA Job Title: Service Writer Peak Thermo King is seeking a part-time Service Writer to join our team in Pasco, Washington. The service writer will be responsible for processing work orders, data entry, and other basic administrative tasks. Responsibilities: * Greet customers professionally and obtain repair information * Write and close work orders * Provide accurate written cost estimates and invoices for labor and parts * Monitor repair progress and communicate updates to customers * Other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: * Sales and customer service skills * Strong written and communication skills * Excellent organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes loud environment. * Mechanical and parts knowledge and experience sufficient to work with parts in inventory.
