Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish rapport with and provide outstanding care to customers
  • Identify and anticipate ways in which you can help the customer and achieve sales targets by selling technician labour and products
  • Book customer vehicles in for servicing, aiming to maximise labour utilisation and efficiency
  • Arrange alternative transport for customers (e.g., courtesy cars) and coordinate vehicle pick-up/delivery with drivers
  • Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles; liaise regularly with customers, the Workshop Controller, and Technicians as required
  • Clearly explain service charges and work carried out, involving technical advisers for support when needed
