SERVICE ADVISOR

As a Service Advisor you will be passionate about always providing a welcoming and exceptional experience for all of our guests. Our dealership is looking for an energetic, honest, hardworking individual who excels in customer satisfaction and sales.

• Have previous experience as a Service Advisor? Perfect, we want to talk to you.
• Don’t have previous experience but are a fast learner? Perfect, we want to talk to you.

· You’ll be given the tools, and exceptional industry training you need to reach success

• Plus, you’ll receive a base salary and incentives which means the ability to make more money

• Listen to the customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information about their vehicle’s mechanical issues and maintenance requirements
• Complete walk around inspection and review prior service history
• Review required services and preventative maintenance services with the customer
• Create work orders, describing customer concerns to help technicians diagnose needed repairs
• Provide accurate estimates, and explain required services and expected completion timelines
• Obtain the customer’s approval for repairs, answer questions and address all customer concerns
• Follow their repair orders throughout the day and keep the customer informed of the status of their vehicle repair
• communicate with the service team to identify opportunities and resolve issues
