Port Elgin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a career-minded individual to join our service team in beautiful Saugeen Shores. We’re a motivated group of automotive professionals who take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience in every aspect of our business.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of events from the moment the customer walks in to the time they leave with their vehicle— guaranteeing customer satisfaction. As the Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and processing customers
  • Documenting customer concern and transferring it to a work order
  • Answering phones and scheduling customer service appointments
  • Processing and invoicing completed work orders
  • Completing various documents
  • Creating service estimates and sharing the information with the customer
  • Submitting claims to FCA warranty administration
  • Distributing work orders to the technicians
  • Monitoring the shop load and adjust the appointment schedule accordingly

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· Valid Driver’s License

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. (verbal & written English)
  • Automobile service experience is considered an asset but is not mandatory
