Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Greet all customers promptly
• Assist customers with requests for a repair
• Verify and communicate service concerns to the Service Technicians
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Communicate details of service work completed
• Resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly
