Requirements Experience & Skills 1–3+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to upsell services ethically and maintain high CSI scores CDK or CDJR experience is a huge plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation abilities Professional Expectations Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure Ability to walk the service drive and stand for extended periods
