At Redline Autohaus & Performance, we’re not your average repair shop we’re passionate about precision, performance, and people. We’re looking for a customer-focused, organized, and energetic Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. From check-in to pick-up, you’ll guide them through a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.
Location: Redline Autohaus & Performance - Windsor, Ontario
Compensation: $25/hour + Commission & 2 Weeks Paid Vacation

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet and assist customers with a professional, positive attitude
  • Listen to customer concerns, document vehicle issues, and communicate repair needs clearly
  • Prepare accurate repair orders (RO) and obtain approval before work begins
  • Provide estimates by calculating labour, parts, and additional services
  • Verify warranty or service contract coverage when applicable
  • Maintain open communication with customers explain services, timelines, and costs
  • Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, pick-ups, towing, and courtesy transportation when needed
  • Keep detailed records of services performed and follow up on outstanding repairs
  • Stay up to date with training and industry knowledge
  • Support the service team in maintaining a professional and efficient environment

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (automotive background is an asset)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work within business hours (Monday-Friday)
