QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly and approachable attitude
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is an asset
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with shop management software is an asset
  • Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and build strong, trusting relationships
  • Listen to customer concerns, accurately document service needs, and provide repair/maintenance recommendations
  • Explain estimates, timelines, and repair details to customers in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Sell appropriate services to ensure vehicles are maintained to the highest standard
  • Prepare and manage work orders, schedule appointments, and coordinate shop workflow efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular updates and follow-up communication
  • Handle payments and process invoices accurately
