JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking truck & transport mechanical services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in heavy duty, automotive repair and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive & HD repair processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
