Rockland Wheels is a family owned powersports dealership located in Rockland, ON. We carry brands like Honda, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Argo, Royal Enfield, Starcraft, Husqvarna and Toro. We are looking for a full-time experienced Service Advisor with a dynamic personality, good work ethic and an organized approached.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet customers and assist with service inquiries in person, by phone, and online
  • Create work orders and accurately write up customer concerns and requests
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on repair status
  • Communicate with technicians to relay information and update customers
  • Provide estimates, explain services, and review invoices
  • Coordinate warranty claims, PDI completion, and first service bookings
  • Help ensure customer satisfaction and support after-sales service
  • Assist in keeping work areas neat and tidy
  • Helping to control flow of work through the service department

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or automotive/powersport role
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual
  • Knowledge of mechanical components on ATVs, Motorcycles, Side-by-sides and small engines
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude

  • Fournir des estimations, expliquer les services et revoir les factures avec les clients
  • Coordonner les réclamations de garantie, la complétion des PDI et les rendez-vous de premier service
  • Contribuer à assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle et offrir un soutien après-vente
  • Aider à maintenir les aires de travail propres et bien rangées
  • Participer à la gestion du flux de travail dans le département de service
