This role will communicate with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relay information to service workshop. This person will also be responsible in answering customer questions and handling problems that arise on customer vehicles during the service process. This role is also responsible for customer satisfaction and improving the first-time repair rate What will YOU do? Track vehicle repair progress and coordinate change in delivery timing to customers Carry-out pre delivery confirmation to customers vehicle before delivery Confers with customers about walk around inspection results, recommend procedures and prepare Repair Order for needed repair and maintenance Coordination with technicians to align vehicle diagnosing results Monitor and review open Repair Orders and ensure closure to meet Service Targets Attend mandatory MAPVI Service Advisor trainings and certifications Ensure 6S in workplace What will YOU need? At least 2 years of related employment experience Basic to advance knowledge level in hybrid and electric vehicles
