Scholfield Honda East is looking for a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, assist with vehicle maintenance and repairs, schedule service appointments, and ensure a seamless experience for our loyal customers. While experience is a plus, we’re happy to train candidates with a great attitude and a passion for helping people. What You’ll Do: Greet service customers and assess vehicle maintenance and repair needs Work with technicians to diagnose issues and communicate solutions Provide estimates, verify insurance, and process payments Offer advice on warranties, repairs, and trade-in options Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business Ensure parts are ordered and available as needed Pay: Commission Based Schedule: Full Time, 5-day work week! Location: Honda East Qualifications
