Our Regina location is gearing up for the busy winter season, and we’re looking for a motivated Service Advisor (Seasonal) to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Service Advisor (Seasonal), you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers during our busiest time of year. This role involves assisting with customer inquiries, coordinating service appointments, processing sales, and supporting our shop team with daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous counter, customer service, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (work order entry, invoicing)
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Greet customers and assist with tire and service inquiries
• Process work orders, invoices, and payments
• Coordinate appointments and service scheduling
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
• Support smooth shop operations during peak season
