About the Role and Responsibilities As an experienced Service Advisor, you will Manage customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner Ensure the highest standard of Customer Service at all times Organise the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards. To be successful in this role, you must Have proven, current experience in a similar role Be Impeccable time management and organisational skills Excellent computer literacy and experience with inhouse systems Have a passion for customer service Have Filing and Administration tasks skills Have an eagerness to learn Have a clean full driver's license Hours of work This is a full-time role 47.5 Hours a week, Monday to Friday to be worked between the hours of 7:30am to 17:30pm.
