The role: Joining our team of regional Service Advisors, this role is responsible providing exceptional customer experiences every day through on point communication and superb organisational skills. You will liaise with our workshop teams to keep jobs on track, prepare quotes, problem solve, and open, update and close service calls. You will be using multiple systems and apps so your technology skills will need to be top notch. Terra is embarking on a new way of working. This role forms part of a regional team of 4 service advisors and 2 Service Coordinators supporting our customers and teams across the South Island. Every day will present new challenges and learning opportunities ensuring no two days are the same. The hours for this role are 8.30am – 5pm daily.
