Company : Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd What you’ll be doing Hastings Deering is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Rockhampton Branch. This position will work with the Rockhampton component rebuild team ensuring that our customers receive a high level of service. This is a Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday role. The key responsibilities of this dynamic role will include but not be limited to: Build and maintain customer and internal relationships, acting as the key operational contact for assigned customers. Ensure invoice clarity and prompt payment by verifying accurate parts, labour, and work descriptions. Communicate effectively with all parties. Capture and convey customer requirements to the Service team. Implement action plans for financial targets. Who are we and why work with us?
