This role will serve as Service Advisor for the Lucid Special Vehicle Operations team based in Munich, Germany. In this role you will be responsible for the administrative work that is connected to our Press and Marketing Fleet. Opening work orders, submitting warranty claims and watch over the parts stock in the two press locations in the Netherlands and in Germany. It is an expectation that the ideal candidate can work on cars and travel to events if needed.
The Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly, and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment, handling cars for marketing events, press cars and media drives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • German technician / journeyman certification ("Gesellenbrief")
  • Education and / or relevant work experience from the automotive industry
  • 5+ years providing excellent customer experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Empathic and patient demeanor
  • Problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software
  • a valid driver license class B
  • Positive mindset
  • Good communication skills in English
Responsibilities
  • Properly perform the vehicle walk-around, or inspect vehicle by photo, and write-up processes, accurately ascertaining primary concern through verbal interview and visual assessment (assess client needs accurately on cars for marketing events, media- and press- drives.)
  • Support on marketing events, media cars and expos, making sure that all parts and consumables are in place ahead of events, support on site will occur.
  • Flexible work availability and ability to travel as needed to support Sales and Marketing efforts (up to 100% at times)
  • Document challenges in our operations to develop the team.
  • Consult with technicians regarding appropriate service options where needed.
  • Accurately document concerns for diagnosis and repair by technicians.
  • Follow correct repair order documentation procedures.
  • Track the vehicles through the maintenance and repair process.
  • Ensure that work done meets Lucid’s exacting standards before vehicle is returned to client.
  • Act as one of the last QC steps.
  • Perform internal customer service duties such as answering on cases, scheduling appointments (where needed), and updating on repair status internally, or to follow up after repairs are completed.
  • Develop reports when necessary.
  • Very good communication within the teams, implementation and monitoring effective. processes in the spare parts department.
  • Establishes an accurate and effective parts inventory control system that includes ongoing and annual inventories and proper counting procedures.
  • Ordering of work materials as well as special orders of parts for assignments.
  • Taking orders for spare parts.
