Coordinate with parts and service teams to manage repairs, labor, and sublet work. Open and process work orders, ensuring accuracy for retail and warranty jobs. Communicate repair updates clearly and promptly to customers Support daily operations in both Parts and Service departments Work alongside a skilled team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction Qualifications What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in a Parts and/or Service support role (automotive, equipment, or heavy truck dealership preferred) Retail experience is a plus Strong knowledge of dealership or truck industry terminology (or a willingness to learn quickly) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a talent for building relationships A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is eager to learn Why Join Empire?
