Hourly Wage Range: $21.40 – $25.70, Plus Performance Bonus What your day looks like: * Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns. * Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps. * Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials. * Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics. * Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up. * Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards. * Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction. What you bring to the team: * Experience in a dealership is great, if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude! * A hands-on, problem-solving attitude, ready to jump in, tackle challenges, and keep things moving. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A professional, composed and collaborative mindset. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
