Requirements The Role As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service center. Your mission is to translate “car talk” into clear, actionable solutions for our customers. You’ll guide each customer through their service experience—from the initial greeting to the final hand-off—ensuring they leave feeling informed, confident, and well taken care of. Key Responsibilities · Customer Advocacy: Listen carefully to customer concerns, document vehicle symptoms accurately, and serve as their main point of contact throughout the repair process. · Technical Coordination: Assist with initial inspections and test drives to help technicians diagnose issues efficiently. · Financial Transparency: Review warranty, insurance, and service contract coverage while providing clear and accurate repair estimates. · Workflow Management: Schedule service appointments, prepare detailed repair orders, and maintain accurate records within our system. · Team Collaboration: Partner with supervisors and technicians to ensure every vehicle is serviced with speed, precision, and quality.
