The Role As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service center. Your mission is to translate "car talk" into clear, actionable solutions for our customers. You’ll manage the customer journey from the first "hello" to the final hand-off, ensuring every client drives away feeling confident and cared for. Key Responsibilities Customer Advocacy: Listen intently to customer concerns, document symptoms accurately, and act as their dedicated guide through the repair process. Technical Liaison: Perform initial inspections and test drives to help technicians pinpoint issues quickly. Financial Clarity: Verify warranty, insurance, and service contract coverage; provide transparent, accurate repair estimates. Workflow Management: Schedule appointments, draft detailed repair orders, and maintain meticulous records in our database. Team Collaboration: Partner with supervisors and technicians to ensure every vehicle is serviced with speed, precision, and quality.
