At Subaru Windsor, we’re seeking a friendly and professional Service Advisor to guide customers through their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. The ideal candidate will be a great listener, detail-oriented, and focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmissions.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Minimum Grade 12 education; additional automotive or customer service training is a plus.
  • Previous service advisor experience is an asset, but we’re open to training the right candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments and offer personalized service for routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Advise customers on repair needs, service costs, and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
  • Provide detailed explanations of repairs and ensure customer understanding of services performed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the cleanliness of workspaces and customer vehicles.
  • Promote dealership service specials and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
