We're Hiring: Service Advisor Supervisor Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Inter Emirates Motors (MG) is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor Supervisor to lead our Service Advisor team and deliver exceptional aftersales experience to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Service Advisor team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, achieving workshop performance targets, and maintaining compliance with dealership standards and processes. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing your team, and strengthening customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support the daily activities of the Service Advisor team to ensure efficient customer service and workflow. * Review job cards, vehicle inspections, customer estimates, and approvals to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery. * Handle customer escalations and work closely with Customer Relations to resolve concerns effectively. * Ensure consistent communication with customers throughout the service journey. * Conduct quality checks on completed job cards, billing accuracy, labor allocation, and parts utilization. * Monitor warranty and customer-pay repairs to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines. * Coach, mentor, and develop Service Advisors through regular training and performance management. * Ensure compliance with dealership policies, DMS processes, documentation standards, and audit requirements. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized, and professional service reception environment. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within automotive aftersales. * Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of workshop operations, customer service processes, and dealership systems. * Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. * Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills. * Computer literate with experience using Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
