Swift Motor Engineering is a family run Volkswagen Audi Group Specialist business in Newcastle Upon Tyne. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our expanding team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services.
Your expertise in customer service and mechanical knowledge will ensure that clients receive the highest level of support and guidance throughout their service experience.
