**This is a 6 month parental leave replacement position. The Role An opportunity exists for a driven and customer focused applicant to join our Equipment team. Reporting to the National Service Manager, Equipment, this role will be primarily responsible for incoming service request calls, parts interpretation, work order scheduling, low level product technical assistance and customer feedback. Responsibilities Your duties in the role will be: Receive incoming calls from across all Toro Service sites Parts interpretation, quoting and work order creation for all Service requests Providing updates and communication to end users based on status of work orders Liaising with Service Managers to understand daily workload and operating pressures Entering/Updating customer and product data in ServiceMax Performing additional administration duties when required Skills & Experience You must possess: Knowledge and experience in dealing with end users Knowledge of Toro products and experience with their operating characteristic Ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers Strong customer service skills and a customer first focus Strong computer literacy and CRM management Ability to adhere to and implement operating goals, objectives, and procedures A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License (Forklift licence beneficial) Toro technical background, SAP and ServiceMax skills will be highly regarded With roots dating back to 1914, The Toro Company was built on a tradition of quality and caring relationships.
