JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while actively communicating between the customer and the technicians. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive repair, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

EXPERIENCE

• Background in mechanics or automotive repair is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and repairs.
• Proven customer service experience .
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Experience with Mitchell 1 Teamworks an asset.
