JOB DESCRIPTION:

• This is a newly created position reporting to the General Manager
• The position is permanent full time
• An affinity for the automotive repair industry will be essential
• There will be direct contact with our Canada & US customers
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems is preferred
• Working with our 200+ field service agents will be a primary responsibility
• Visiting and supervising equipment installations will be required
• This position will require working in both an office and factory floor environment
• We prefer candidates that live within 30 km or less from our facility
• Persons must be living here and qualified to work to be considered
• Availability to work within 14 days or less is required after job offer
• We are seeking persons with a desire to advance to a higher level
• Willingness to work overtime when required is necessary
• The employee will report each business day to the TLS facility
• There will be instances where work will be done off site
• Some travel both in Canada & the US may be required
• Some experience using manufacturing style software is preferred
• Reading engineering drawings would be an asset
• Written and spoken communication skills in English are a prerequisite
• Ability to work with others in an office environment is essential
• Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software would be an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is essential

  Salary: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

EXPERIENCE:

• Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
• Experience in factory metal fabrication
• A background working in the heavy equipment industry is preferred
