Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
  • Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible Customer Service experience
  • Meeting and exceeding manufacturers Customer Satisfaction targets

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Full work rights in Australia
  • Experience in a similar role within a Retail or Service related environment
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
  • Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Sound automotive technical knowledge
  • Punctual and reliable
