Daimler Trucks Milperra are seeking a proactive, efficient and customer centric Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis!
As the face of our Service department, you will be a trusted partner to variety of customers within the Transport industry. Your day will involve scheduling servicing and repair work, quoting customers and costing jobs, providing timely updates to customers on their vehicles, processing invoices for payment and working closely with the wider operational team to ensure our customers receive a best-in class service and positive experience from our department.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions, delivering prompt and professional support
  • Manage service bookings, provide clear and accurate job quotes, and oversee vehicle check-ins for repairs and maintenance
  • Track job progress, resolve delays, and keep customers informed with timely updates
  • Build lasting customer relationships by consistently meeting and exceeding service expectations
  • Full time, permanent position with rotating rosters between 7am-5.30pm
  • Saturday work from 7am-12pm as required
