Are you ready to take the wheel in your career? Daimler Trucks Dandenong is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team!
As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every service interaction is smooth, professional, and positive. From scheduling and quoting to updates and invoicing, you’ll be the trusted link between our workshop and customers, making sure their vehicles — and their businesses — keep moving.
This is a permanent, full-time role with hours 7.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, plus rotating Saturdays (7.30am – 12.00pm).

• Be the friendly face and voice for customers — in-person, by phone, and via email
• Manage bookings, prepare accurate quotes, and check vehicles in for service and repairs
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and proactive solutions
• Work closely with technicians and the wider operations team to deliver a seamless experience
• Build lasting relationships by consistently exceeding service expectations
