ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a friendly and organised Service Advisor to join our team in Nottingham. If you’ve got great customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Talking to customers both in person and over the phone-clear communication is key.
• Keeping things running smoothly in the workshop by assigning work to our technicians promptly.
• Explaining repairs to customers in a way they’ll understand and getting approval for the work.
• Ordering parts from suppliers and logging them into the system when they arrive.
• Managing email enquiries and booking in customer appointments.
• Supporting your team and managers with key admin tasks.
• Following company procedures and completing training as needed.
