JOB SUMMARY

The Service Consultant plays an integral role in Virden Ford Sales achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction after the purchase of a vehicle. The Service Consultant is responsible for the efficient scheduling of services and repairs while maintaining open and current communication with the customer and technicians. Using industry-leading technology and software, they will communicate with varying levels of technical understanding of customer repairs and estimated times of repair. The successful candidate will be energetic, conscientious and focused on providing a great customer experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Service Consultant experience is preferred.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to Team building and relationships
• High Attention to detail, Time Management, and organization
• Ensure proper completion of all work orders, invoicing and relevant internal paperwork
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Previous Automotive Service or sales experience is and asset
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License
