Volvo Group Trucks Service Nord GmbH is looking to strengthen its team and is seeking a  full-time Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our commercial vehicles for its operations in Hamburg , starting immediately.

What tasks await you?

As a service advisor (m/f/d), the customer and a high-quality customer service experience are the focus:

• Professional customer consultation and digital technical order acceptance
• Preparation of cost estimates and coordination with customers and workshops
• Planning, control and tracking of workshop orders
• Coordination of customer communication throughout the entire repair process
• Vehicle handover after successful repair
• Preparation of invoices and order statements
• Handling customer requests and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Contributing to the continuous optimization of our service processes

What are you bringing?

• Ideally, you have experience with commercial vehicles – if you lack this experience, we will gladly help you get started and develop you in the long term. 
• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d) 
• A Class B driving licence 
• Openness to new technologies - with us you can expect innovative electric, LNG and turbo-compound drives.
• Reliability, teamwork, strong communication skills and a good dose of drive
