WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing is looking for a dynamic and self-starting individual for the role of Service Advisor at our Rancho Dominguez Location, in the role of Service Advisor, you will provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
A Service Advisor key job is to manage the warranty process and assist through the entire repair and warranty event in collaboration with their Service advisor(s), Shop Staff & Management from time the vehicle arrives. Responsibilities can include collecting data from technicians, communicating with the customer, tracking open warranty repair orders on the work in process, invoicing & processing warranty claims, tracking parts, and assessing warranty coverage limits. Your Warranty Administrator should also be an expert in all areas of our service administrative processes and systems.
