Excellent opportunity to join South East’s Leading Multi Franchise Motor Group.
We have an exciting opportunity at our Dartford Peugeot dealership which would suit an experienced Service Advisor looking for a challenge.

Must have previous motor dealer franchise experience.

  • Can you demonstrate excellent process knowledge within the Motor Industry?
  • Do you have time management skills and a thorough understanding of how a main dealer service department works?

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a service environment.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in cash handling procedures and financial accountability.
  • Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients alike.

Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in driving our business forward and improving the Service Department by developing a customer-oriented and profitable workshop.
Preferably with dealer management experience Kerridge Rev8 or Keyloop (CDK) Drive.
You must be friendly, professional to ensure that every customer’s experience is exceptional. You must have experience of workshops and be conversant in methods of quality assurance.
You need to be naturally confident, with strong leadership skills. You will need to have the ability to implement change, strengthening the business and optimising the department.
