Responsibilities
  • Be the trusted connection between our Customers and our powerhouse Service Team
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence
  • Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate service records
  • Support Technicians and align timelines for smooth, efficient service
  • Help keep our Service Desk running like a well-oiled machine
  • Be on the on call rotation to assist with after-hours inquiries
