SERVICE ADVISOR - WONDER AUTO & TIRE CENTRE

Hey there! We are looking for a super friendly and helpful person to join our Service team at Wonder Auto & Tire Centre Moncton location, part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, 5 ReCar locations, St Croix Auto, Fredericton Kia, Miramichi Kia, Velocity Autobody & 11 Wonder Auto locations. Wonder Auto Centres are a premier automotive retail repair shop, dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. Our service shops are known for its customer-focused and value-driven approach.
As a Service Advisor, you will be a crucial member of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.

What You Will Do:

  • Scheduling and Communication: Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times and confirm necessary maintenance or services.
  • Guest Follow-Up: Communicate with guests’ post-visit to confirm we’ve exceeded their expectations.
  • Parts and Accessories: Help guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needs.
  • Enhancing Guest Experience: Participate in various activities to continuously elevate our service.
