SERVICE ADVISOR - WONDER AUTO & TIRE, FREDERICTON

Hey there! We’re looking for a super friendly and helpful person to join our Service Advisor team at Wonder Auto & Tire Fredericton (Avonlea court), part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, 5 ReCar locations, St Croix Auto, Fredericton Kia, Miramichi Kia, Velocity Autobody & 11 Wonder Auto locations.
No prior automotive experience is needed—just a genuine desire to help people and excellent communication skills.
As a Service Advisor, you play a key role as part of our Service Team. Your role would be to work with our guests that trust us to complete maintenance and repairs on their vehicles and to provide them with an exceptional level of customer service.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling convenient appointment times for customers
  • Confirming any maintenance or services due with customers
  • Following up with customers after their visit to ensure we exceeded their expectations
  • Assisting customers and businesses with their parts and accessory needs
  • Other tasks that enhance the customer experience

We are a close-knit team, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you’re organized, computer-literate, and have a knack for multitasking, this could be the perfect role for you.
We offer a competitive compensation package potential earning of $55 000-$65 000 (19-23/hour with addition of a monthly bonus incentive plan designed to reward high performing employees) along with dental, medical, health, life, and disability coverage. Plus, there are no scheduled nights or weekends for this position.
