JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to upsell services effectively. The Service Advisor will work closely with both customers and technicians to ensure that all service needs are met promptly and efficiently.

SKILLS

  • Background in auto service management.
  • Proficient in upselling techniques to maximize service opportunities.
  • Mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics knowledge is highly beneficial.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance, including transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, auto body repair, and air brake systems.
  • Previous experience as a service technician is an asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Competence in auto estimating and sales processes related to automotive repair services.
