Pay Range Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $37,500.00 to $150,000 +. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.97, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
