JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with automotive service software or willingness to learn.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
  • Service Advisor experience required
  • Honda Experience a recommended
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Assess customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations based on vehicle inspection reports.
  • Prepare detailed repair orders, including costs, parts, and labor estimates.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
  • Explain technical issues and necessary repairs in simple terms to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service.
  • Upsell additional services or products when appropriate to meet customer needs.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
